  • What are Offers, and how do they work?

    Offers are a fun, easy way to earn extra Atmos™ Rewards points beyond surveys. Just choose a game from our trusted partners, complete goals and start earning!

  • Do I need to complete goals in the order listed?

    Nope! Complete goals in any order and choose only the ones you want. You’ll earn for each goal you finish.

  • Are there specific requirements?

    Yes, requirements vary. Some Offers are limited to new users, certain locations or specific devices. Always check the details before starting.

  • Are Offers safe?

    Absolutely. We only partner with trusted providers. Remember to download directly from the Offers page so we can track your progress.

  • When will I get rewarded?

    Your Atmos™ Rewards points usually appear within 7 business days of completing a goal. Some partners might take a little longer to confirm your progress, but rest assured, you’ll receive your Atmos™ Rewards points once verified. They’ll appear as “Special Offer Bonus” in your {{SURVEY PANEL}} account history.
    If your Atmos™ Rewards points haven’t appeared after the expected timeframe:
    • Double check you’ve completed all required steps.
    • Keep in mind that certain Offers, like ones involving purchases, can take 30 to 90 days.
    • If you’re sure you’ve done everything correctly and still haven’t received Atmos™ Rewards points, contact member support with proof, such as confirmation emails or screenshots.

  • How can I successfully complete Offers?

    • Check you meet the Offer requirements like device, location, or that you’re a new user.
    • Always download the Offer directly from our Offers page, which you can find here.
    • Enable app tracking permission when prompted and avoid using VPNs, iCloud Private Relay, Airplane Mode, or “Do Not Track” settings so that we can record your progress.
    • Do not reinstall or re-download the Offer, as this resets progress.
    • Complete Offers within the required timeframe.
    • Use a strong, stable internet connection.

  • Can I complete an Offer more than once?

    Usually, only first-time users get rewarded. If you re-download or restart the same Offer, your progress resets and previous efforts won’t count. Always complete an Offer in your first attempt and avoid reinstalling or restarting apps you’ve used before.

  • Are there any costs to complete Offers?

    Many Offers are completely free. Some Offers may include purchase goals, usually worth more Atmos™ Rewards points. Remember, you don’t have to complete every goal. You can skip paid goals and stick to free ones.
    Note: Atmos™ Rewards points from purchase Offers can take up to 30 days to show up.
